If I could give this restaurant a higher rating, I would. From the service to the food, the entire experience was lovely. This is the ideal Roman restaurant to wind down a day with a hearty meal and a delicious dessert. Do not hesitate to visit!

What a fantastic restaurant, with helpful staff who were more than happy to advise on traditional dishes, and accommodate us without reservation (it was busy!). We had dinner here twice in the week we were in Rome. Cacio e pepe, bruschetta, tiramisu, melanzane, and pajata (proper classic!). Nice house red wine, and relaxed atmosphere. We ate both outside and in the dining room downstairs. Would love to go back!

An absolutely delicious and authentic carbonara! The sauce was rich and clung beautifully to the pasta, made with what tasted like real guanciale and a generous amount of cheese. It was a flavorful, satisfying dish that reminds me of my trip to Rome. I'll definitely be back for this."

This place is hands down the best carbonara you will ever have! Service was great, menus had some English translation. My husband and I were recommended to try this place out for the carbonara and let me tell you it was perfection! We also had the homemade meatballs that were some of the most tenderest meatballs we have ever had! Place does book quickly so be sure to reserve ahead or eat earlier than the Italians!

10/10 new favourite restaurant in Rome. The best carbonara I ever had. Waiter Fabrizio gave great service and was a lovely guy. Authentic Roman cuisine would recommend. I hope they don’t change anything and go downhill as so many restaurants in Rome do due to tourism

This was a real “hidden” gem! It is not very well known and recommended by an Italian, but it is close to Trastevere on foot. We went for dinner and tried a few of their pastas, a chicken, and, of course, some dessert! The restaurant was busy, mainly Italians, which is a good sign, and everything we had was delightful! We had a lovely dinner, but our waiter didn't speak English; I would communicate in Spanish, and he would reply in Italian it made for some pleasant interactions, and we left with our hearts (and tummy) full

An unique Roman food experience. I tried their appetizers and first courses. I highly recommend to try their Carbonara it's excellent! The place is not so big and could be difficult to talk if there's too many people but the experience is overall good. Suggested

Yummy pastas - both the cacio e Pepe and the carbonara were quite good, and we really liked the artichoke romana. Servers are really friendly and nice though service is a bit slow, so would recommend if you have time for a leisure lunch. Definitely recommend for the food!
